Capriotti's Expands Presence in New Jersey with Marlton Opening

Capriotti's Sandwich Shop is set to open a new location in Marlton, New Jersey, on August 26. The store will be located at 1041 NJ-73, Unit H1, and represents the second Capriotti's venture for local entrepreneurs Jimit Dharia and Urvi Jatania. The couple also operates a Capriotti's location in Princeton, New Jersey.

The Marlton store is part of a broader expansion plan by Dharia and Jatania, who intend to open eight additional Capriotti's locations across New Jersey. The couple, originally from India, has a background in restaurant and construction businesses and chose to invest in Capriotti's after visiting a location in Pennsylvania.

Capriotti's offers a variety of sandwiches, including its signature sub, The Bobbie, which features slow-roasted turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and mayo. Other menu items include the Capastrami, made with pastrami, Swiss cheese, Russian dressing, and coleslaw, and a selection of cheesesteaks available with steak, chicken, or plant-based meat.

The Marlton location will provide options for order-ahead, online ordering, and third-party delivery. Catering services will also be available, offering items such as cold sub trays and box lunches. Residents in the area can join the Capriotti's Rewards Program to earn points and redeem rewards through the company's app.
