Celebrity chef Richard Blais will keynote the National Restaurant Associations 2017 Restaurant Innovation Summit, Oct. 25 to 27, in Austin, Texas.
Blais is a successful chef, restaurateur, James Beard nominated cookbook author and television personality. Perhaps most recognizable as the winner of Bravos Top Chef All-Stars and a regular Food Network judge, he will share his thoughts on trends in the restaurant industry.
Blais, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, is a partner in several restaurant concepts, including the Juniper & Ivy and Crack Shack restaurants. He released his second cookbook, So Good, last May and will debut a new television show, Man vs Master, on the FYI Network later this year.
