Restaurant Brands International Inc. announced today that it has entered into an agreement with a joint venture partner to develop and grow the TIM HORTONS brand in Spain.

This agreement is the latest example of RBI's commitment to deliver on its international growth strategy to expand its iconic brands around the world. RBI has announced similar agreements for the development of the TIM HORTONSbrand in Mexico, Great Britain and the Philippines.
