Texas de Brazil Churrascaria, the largest Brazilian-American steakhouse brand in the world, opened its first location in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on May 11th at Riyadh's Rubeen Plaza. Guests can now enjoy the unique rodizio-style dining concept that combines the cuisine and culture of Southern Brazil with the generous spirit of Texas for an unparalleled dining experience.

Texas de Brazil offers guests an upscale, continuous dining choice and a service style that is alive and theatrical. For one fixed price, guests begin the meal by visiting an enticing 50-item salad area filled with fresh Brazilian specialties, salads, imported cheeses, charcuterie, roasted vegetables, creamy lobster bisque and more. Renowned for its genuine rodizio-style dining, Texas de Brazil'spatrons also enjoy freshly-grilled meats carved tableside by skilled gauchos, or servers, who deliver succulent lamb chops, leg of lamb, picanha, filet mignon, chicken and more. The guest's green and red disk simply indicates to gauchos when to bring additional servings or when a break is needed.

"The food and hospitality industry in Saudi Arabia has grown significantly over the past years and there is growing demand for best in class international restaurants. We look forward to providing a unique dining experience and an amazing value to the meat lovers in the Kingdom," says Stewart Black, CEO, Gourmet Gulf.

Every Texas de Brazil restaurant uses the time-honored method of grilling meat over charcoal, resulting in savory aroma and exceptional flavor. Texas de Brazil also offers a variety of beverages and decadent desserts from the à la carte menu, which includes a selection of specialty mocktails, to further enhance the dining occasion.

"We are proud to partner with Gourmet Gulf for our first opening in Saudi Arabia. We look forward to welcoming many visitors and residents in the capital city of Riyadh," says Salim Asrawi, Chief Operating Officer, Texas de Brazil.
