Disruptive Restaurant Group, a division of sbe, the global leading lifestyle hospitality company, announced today that award-winning Mediterranean restaurant, Cleo, will open its third Los Angeles location on 3rd Street in The Orlando Hotel. The 95-room and suites boutique family-owned and operated hotel is ideally located on 3rd Street, which is home to a trendy shopping district in Los Angeles.

Helmed by Chef Danny Elmaleh, Cleo 3rd Street will evoke a contemporary mezze bar, offering its signature shared-plate, social dining experience in an approximately 6,000 square-foot restaurant. The Cleo team will collaborate closely with both sbe Disruptive Restaurant Group and Dakota Development, another division of sbe, and The Orlando Hotel on the development of the property. Exclusively at this location, the restaurant will also feature a walk-up Project Juice window, where guests can select from a variety of organic, cold-pressed juices.

"We look forward to working with Chef Danny and The Orlando Hotel to open our fifth Cleo location!" said John Kolaski, President of Disruptive Restaurant Group. "The Cleo brand has proven to be extremely strong and Chef Danny's shared-plate dining offers a unique experience. This will be welcomed by both locals and guests at The Orlando Hotel location, which has been a landmark and go to destination for corporate, entertainment and leisure travel for over 32 years and stands alone as the only hotel on West 3rd Street."

"We are thrilled to collaborate with sbe and Disruptive Restaurant Group, as well as Chef Danny Elmaleh, for the opening of their fifth Cleo location," said Ken Pressberg, Owner/Managing Partner of The Orlando Hotel. "We have no doubts that Cleo will become a sought-after dining and entertainment destination for both locals and our deeply valued guests."

Created by Disruptive Restaurant Group's acclaimed culinary partner Chef Danny Elmaleh, the Cleo brand first opened as an in-hotel dinner hotspot. Cleo has received numerous accolades including being named one of OpenTable's "50 hottest restaurants in the U.S." Cleo's current locations include: The Redbury Hollywood, SLS Las Vegas and The Redbury South Beach and Cleo L.A. LIVE.

Drawn from a variety of influences, Cleo's cuisine showcases a modern twist on the ingredients and cultures of the eastern and southern Mediterranean. Similar to Cleo L.A. LIVE, breakfast and lunch will be available, along with exclusive new menu items. The restaurant will feature beloved classic Cleo dishes and cocktails. Cleo will also provide room service for guests of The Orlando Hotel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

"My collaboration with sbe has been great and I am excited to be bringing another location to L.A., one of the most influential culinary scenes in the country," said Chef Elmaleh.
