ARC Group, Inc. (OTCQB: ARCK), the owner, operator and franchisor of Dick's Wings & Grill concept, announced the recent openings of its newest Dick's Wings & Grill restaurants in Pensacola, Fla. and Kingsland, Ga.

The new Dick's Wings & Grill in Pensacola is located at 6205 North 9th Ave., proximate to the Cordova Mall and Pensacola State College. The restaurant is a free-standing facility with approximately 4,000 square feet of space, featuring an outdoor patio area and interior bar. The new location will seat approximately 150 guests and employ 40 team members from the local area.

The new Kingsland store is located at 1301 East King Ave., just off of Exit 3 on Interstate 95. The restaurant is surrounded by hotels and is located adjacent to the King's Bay naval submarine base. The restaurant is a freestanding facility with approximately 4,000 square feet of restaurant seating and a 3,000 square foot game room. The new location will seat approximately 175 guests and employ 40 team members from the local area. In addition, the Kingsland store has partnered with the Yobe Frozen Yogurt brand and offers their fine yogurt within the restaurant. Yobe® now has 21 locations in the United States.

Both restaurants feature Dick's Wings® extensive menu, including its signature Dick's Wings chicken wings, duck wings and hog wings and its Dick's Blingz® boneless chicken wings, which offer 365 mouth-watering flavors. The kitchen serves dine-in customers while also offering carry-out and catering services. Hours of operation are from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 12 a.m., Friday and Saturday.

"These additions are a strategic move for our brand as we continue to capitalize on our strong brand name recognition in North Florida and branch out into new territories within the Southeast," stated Richard W. Akam, Chief Executive Officer of ARC Group, Inc. "Pensacola is a logical choice because the city experiences a significant influx of tourists each year, many of whom are from southern states. It is also the closest major city west of our Panama City Beach location. The Kingsland location is an extension of our Jacksonville roots and sits on Interstate 95. It enjoys a large tourist trade, the majority of whom arrive by automobile and live within one day's drive. We intend to leverage this unique fact to increase brand awareness as we continue to enter new markets."

"These two stores mark the first two conversions that our franchisees have opened in 2016," added Akam. "These openings are a continuation of the efficient restaurant conversion strategy that we successfully implemented a couple of years ago. The conversion model is less expensive and much faster to complete, offering restaurant operators with existing sites an opportunity to convert to a Dick's Wings and Grill in as little as 60 days."
