Seattle, WA-based BURGERMASTER (founded 1952) has increased by 1 unit, from 5 to 6 (20% growth).  This family/casual burger concept is open for lunch and dinner, with a $6-$15+ per person check average.  The average location seats about 150.  All are located in WA.  Franchising is available.

Los Angeles, CA-based KING TACO (founded 1974) has increased by 1 unit, from 22 to 23 (5% growth).  The restaurants are family/casual, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a $6-$15+ per person check average.  Beer and wine are served at select locations.  All the locations are in CA.

Louisiana-based LA CARRETA MEXICAN RESTAURANT(founded 1998) has increased by 1 unit for the La Carreta concept, from 11 to 12 (9% concept growth).  The company also operates a 1-unit concept called Adobe Cantina & Salsa.  Overall company increase was from 12 to 13 (8% company growth).  The concepts are family/casual, open for lunch and dinner, with an $8-$20+ per person check average.  The restaurants have full bar service and average seating for about 200.  Catering is available.  All the locations are in LA.

Texas-based YAGHI'S NEW YORK PIZZERIA has increased by 1 unit, from 7 to 8 (14% growth).  The restaurants are quick serve, open for lunch and dinner, with a $4-$12+ per person price range.  Seating is for about 30.  Catering and delivery services are available.  All the restaurants are located in TX.

New York, NY-based BLUESTONE LANE (founded 2013) has increased by 2 units, from 6 to 8 (33% growth) and entered into PA.  This fast casual cafe is open for breakfast and lunch, with a $6-$15+ per person check average.  Beer and wine are served and seating is for about 40.  Catering is available.  Trading areas are NY and PA.

Texas-based SOULMAN'S BBQ RESTAURANTS (founded 1974) has increased by 3 units, from 11 to 14 (27% growth).  This family/casual BBQ concept is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a $6-$15+ per person check average.  Units seat about 150 and offer catering, banquet and online ordering options.  All the restaurants are located in TX.

Springfield, MO-based ANDY'S FROZEN CUSTARD (founded 1987) has increased by 8 units, from 23 to 31 (35% growth).  This quick serve ice cream concept is open for lunch and dinner hours, with a $4-$12+ per person price range.  Locations have limited seating.  About half the units are franchised.  Stores trade in AR, IL, MO, OK and TX.  We last featured this concept on 1/13/15 (5% growth).

Atlanta, GA-based AMERICAN DELI (founded 1989) has increased by 10 units, from 103 to 113 (10% growth).  This quick serve sandwich shop is open for lunch and dinner, with a $4-$12+ per person price range.  Units seat about 50. Locations are franchised and trade in AL, FL, GA, MS, NC, SC and TX.  We featured this concept on 2/10/15 (16% growth).

Wichita, KS-based FREDDY'S FROZEN CUSTARD & STEAKBURGERS (founded 2002) has increased by 70 units, from 144 to 214 (49% growth) and entered into AL, IN, LA, MI, MT, OH and TN.  This quick serve burger & ice cream shop is open for lunch and dinner, with a $4-$12+ per person price range.  Units have seating for about 60 and offer catering, drive-thru and private party services.  All units are franchised and trade in AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NE, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT and VA.  We last featured this company on 12/16/14 (26% growth).
