Rita's Italian Ice, the world's largest Italian Ice concept with over 600 stores in 24 states, announced the appointment of Eric Taylor, a 15+ year franchise industry veteran, who has been selected as Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer to lead the popular 30 year old brand's franchise development and growth.

In his most recent restaurant capacity, Eric was Vice President, International Franchise Development at Sbarro. Eric holds a B.S. in Marketing from Arizona State University and is originally from Rita's home turf in Philadelphia, PA.
