Souper Salad is celebrating the opening of its newest location in Corpus Christi, Texas. The restaurant is located at 4141 South Staples at Everhart and is owned and operated by Wayne and Tina Fagan.
“Tina and I have been fans of the Souper Salad brand for many years,” stated Wayne Fagan. “When we discovered that there was an opportunity to open a franchise, we jumped at the chance to bring a great-tasting, healthy menu to Corpus Christi.”
Souper Salad’s menu features a variety of made-from-scratch soups, fresh salads and fruit, delicious breads, baked potatoes, and dessert. Menu items change daily and seasonally so customers can try something new as well as savor old favorites. This fall, featured items include Butternut Squash Tossed Salad with pumpkin seeds and cranberries, hearty Vegetable Beef soup, and Pumpkin Bread made-from-scratch each day.

The 4,500-square-foot restaurant interior features large windows, comfortable seating for over 150 guests, and artwork made by local artists and photographers.
Souper Salad – 4141 S. Staples, Suite 100, Corpus Christi, TX 78411 – will open on Monday, October 7. Regular restaurant hours are 10:45 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily.
