After years of visiting Togo's during his college years at Oregon State University and family trips to Southern California, Anderson decided to open his first Togo's location in his hometown. As the third generation president and co-owner of his family's truck stop center in Coburg, Ore., the entrepreneur recognized the value of investing in the Togo's brand. In addition to his first location, Anderson plans to open a Togo's at his existing truck stop, along with two other restaurants in the Eugene area.
