CiCi's Pizza today announced Bill Spae has been promoted from chief development officer to chief operating officer. In his new role, Spae will lead the brand's full service distribution company, JMC Restaurant Distribution, LP, which exclusively serves CiCi's Pizza restaurants. Additionally, Spae will continue his business and restaurant development responsibilities, which includes furthering CiCi's "Build the Brand" growth initiative to recruit the best franchisees and secure the best sites to help the brand expand across the country.
