In the Monday, April 4, plenary session attendees will get an exclusive look at what it takes to make Fortune magazine's list of "Most Admired Hospitality Companies" from those who have actually made the cut. Cornell University professor Bruce Tracey will moderate a panel of HR leaders he calls "the best of the best" from Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International, Wyndham Worldwide and Wynn Resorts as they discuss the programs that are instrumental to their employment culture and organizational effectiveness.

"We all have the goal of delivering on the reputation of our company's brand, for guests and for staff," said panelist Stephanie Rosol, VP of HR at Wynn Resorts. "I am looking forward to candid conversation about the questions, practices and challenges we all share, even when it looks from the outside as if we've 'made the cut.'"

The two-and-a-half-day event will feature many more senior leaders from prestigious organizations including Applebee's, Hilton Worldwide and OSI Restaurant Partners. They will dissect the latest developments and biggest challenges and offer attendees their experience-driven guidance.

According to Tracey, "What makes the conference unique is the opportunity it provides to learn insights regarding key HR policies and practices that you couldn't get anywhere else -- straight from those who are responsible for making it happen."
