Jeff and Mark Broadhurst to Speak at Cornell School of Hotel Administration

Jeff and Mark Broadhurst of Eat'n Park Hospitality Group will be the featured speakers in the Conversations with Entrepreneurs series presented next Tuesday, October 26, by the Leland C. and Mary M. Pillsbury Institute for Hospitality Entrepreneurship at Cornell University.

 The Broadhursts will present from 4:15 to 5:30 p.m. in 198 Statler Hall. They will dine with selected students after the event and meet with students, staff, and faculty the following day.

Jeff Broadhurst joined Eat’n Park Hospitality Group as director of business development for Parkhurst Dining Services in 1996, following a five-year career with Federated Investors in the Chicago and Kentucky markets. In 2002, he was promoted to president of Parkhurst Dining Services and took over the responsibilities of president of Eat’n Park Restaurants four years later. In 2008 he became president and CEO of Eat’n Park Hospitality Group, where he is a member of the board of directors and executive committee. 

In 2004, Mark Broadhurst joined Eat’n Park Hospitality Group as director of concept development to design, develop, and open an exciting new restaurant concept for the company. Today, he oversees all new concept development and is involved in new initiatives and concept evolution across all Eat’n Park Hospitality Group brands.

Both Jeff and Mark graduated from the Cornell School of Hotel Administration. Jeff received his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh Katz School of Business. After Cornell, Mark attended Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France.
