Littlefield Corporation Announces an Agreement to Acquire Liberty Catering
AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 14, 2002--Littlefield Corporation (Nasdaq:LTFD) (www.littlefield.com) announces it has entered into an agreement to acquire Austin, Texas-based Liberty Catering.
Liberty Catering is a well-known caterer that is a direct competitor of Word Of Mouth Custom Catering, the catering company Littlefield Hospitality acquired in August 2001. Liberty Catering holds an impressive book of business and has gained much community recognition in the three years it has been in business.
