Tangee Gibson Promoted to Senior Vice President of Human Resources for ARAMARK's Domestic Food, Hospitality and Facility Services Business

In this new position, Gibson will report directly to Andrew Kerin, President, ARAMARK Domestic Food, Hospitality and Facility Services, and will lead that organization in the execution of key talent management strategies with a goal of building leadership capabilities.

Based in Philadelphia, ARAMARK (NYSE:RMK) is a professional services organization, providing world-class environments, experiences and outcomes for clients and customers in 20 countries.

Most recently Senior Vice President of Organization and Leadership Development for ARAMARK, Gibson was responsible for the corporation's Executive Leadership Institute and talent management strategy. In addition, she led the Training/Organization Development and Staffing organizations and was responsible for corporate human resources functions. Before that, Gibson was Vice President of Human Resources for ARAMARK's Higher Education business.

With more than 22 years of progressive human resources management experience, Gibson has worked for Fortune 500 companies such as Coors Brewing Company, Ford Motor Company and General Motors Corporation.

Gibson is an active board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters Southeastern Pennsylvania and is active in the Society for Human Resource Management. Gibson received both her Bachelors' and Master's degrees from Michigan State University.
