ARAMARK Announces Andrew Kerin to Lead Domestic Food, Hospitality and Facilities Operations

ARAMARK Corporation (NYSE:RMK) announced today that all of its U.S.-based food, hospitality and facilities businesses will now operate under the leadership of Andrew Kerin, President, ARAMARK Domestic Food, Hospitality and Facilities, effective immediately.

All food, hospitality and facility operations in the United States will now report to Kerin including the management of professional services in healthcare institutions, universities, schools, business locations, entertainment and sports venues, correctional facilities, and hospitality venues.

Kerin, 42, is a graduate of Fordham University and joined ARAMARK in 1995. He has advanced through a number of senior executive positions, including leadership roles in the company's facilities, corrections, health care and education businesses. He was most recently President, ARAMARK Healthcare and Education.

Globally, ARAMARK operations will now consist of:

- Domestic Food, Hospitality and Facilities, led by Andrew Kerin, President

- International Food and Support Services, led by Ravi Saligram, President

- Uniform and Career Apparel, led by Thomas Vozzo, President
