Good Times Announces the Opening of Three New Restaurants

Good Times Restaurants Inc. (Nasdaq:GTIM) today announced the opening of its newest location on December 26, 2005, at Interstate 25 and Colorado 7 in the Larkridge Shopping Center.

Larkridge is home to Sears Grand, Home Depot, Circuit City, Dick's Sporting Goods and will eventually comprise over one million square feet of retail, including a recently announced Costo Wholesale. The Company also announced the opening of two franchised co-branded restaurants in Ft. Collins, Colo., and Bismarck, N.D., under its agreement with Taco John's International. The Ft. Collins restaurant is a redevelopment of an existing Taco John's and the Bismarck restaurant is a new prototype co-brand store.

Boyd E. Hoback, President and CEO, said "We are excited about the long-term prospects of the Larkridge location in the heart of the highest growth corridor in Colorado. Thousands of new homes are in development supported by a very dynamic retail environment and this is an important trade area for continued penetration in our core market." Commenting on the co-brand stores he added, "The sales results at our co-branded restaurants continue to be very encouraging and these new stores are two of an additional six planned stores under our co-brand test agreement, allowing us to validate the concept out of our home market."

Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard has 44 restaurants, mostly in Colorado, serving high-quality, 100% all-natural Coleman beef burgers, chicken sandwiches, and fresh frozen custard.
