The fine-dining steakhouse leader recently signed a three-location agreement with William and Stanley Ko, who have been Ruth's Chris franchisees for over ten years. They currently own and operate three restaurants in Taiwan and two in Hong Kong.

"We are very pleased to be a part of Ruth's Chris and excited to be expanding the brand in Asia," said William Ko. His son, Stanley, added "We believe the people of Japan will enjoy the sizzling Ruth's Chris experience just as much as our guests and visitors in Taiwan and Hong Kong."

People in Japan will soon be able to enjoy the finest U.S. Prime steaks, New Orleans-inspired appetizers, and classic desserts, all complimented by an award-winning wine list. Ruth's Chris, founded in New Orleans 40 years ago, offers a comfortable yet elegant atmosphere in which to enjoy celebrations with family and friends or important meetings with colleagues or clients.
