Buca to restate past results
Buca Inc. said Friday it will delay filing its third-quarter financial results in order to restate losses from prior periods.
The Minneapolis-based restaurant chain said it will restate its interim financial statements for the quarters ended March 27 and June 26, 2005. The company plans to correct errors in the application of generally accepted accounting principals to non-cash entries regarding the depreciation of fixed assets, accounting for interest expense and other items
