Business travel costs to rise 12 percent
High fuel costs are expected to cause business travel costs to soar 12 percent next year, Runzheimer International said Friday.
The Rochester-based management consulting firm said that high fuel costs are expected to affect every aspect of corporate travel -- from car rentals to airfares to meal prices. The company based its prediction on the weighted average of the four major business-travel expense categories.
