Restaurants Unlimited, Inc, (RUI) announced today it has signed a lease with Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group for a new Kincaid's property in Carmel, Indiana. This is the ninth Kincaid's property for RUI. The more than 7,500-square-foot restaurant will be constructed in Clay Terrace, a retail development which opened last October. The restaurant is slated to open in November.

Simon Property Group, Inc., headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, is a real estate investment trust engaged in the ownership, development and management of retail real estate, primarily regional malls, Premium Outlet centers and community/lifestyle centers. Their interests span nationally and worldwide.

The opening marks an invigorated expansion plan that RUI has put into place. The first Kincaid's opened nearly 20 years ago in Bloomington, MN. Kincaid's recalls the simpler place and time of the great American fish, chop and steakhouses. Visitors of Kincaid's recall the warmth, memories and flavors they know and love, at reasonable prices. The restaurant is currently located in eight cities from Honolulu to Norfolk, Va.

Founded in 1969, Seattle-based Restaurants Unlimited, Inc. (RUI) owns and operates 29 full-service restaurants in 19 markets, among them Palomino Restaurant, Rotisseria & Bar; Kincaid's Fish, Chop & Steak House; and a number of original, market-tailored concepts. Each RUI brand features a delicious, approachable menu, a warm and friendly environment and generous customer loyalty program.
