Amber Walley Opens New Capriotti's Sandwich Shop in Niles, Ohio

The Capriotti's Sandwich Shop is expanding its reach in the Youngstown area by opening a new location in Niles. The new shop, located at 2484 Niles Cortland Rd SE, will open on April 29.

Amber Walley, the 2024 International Franchise Association Franchisee of the Year, spearheads the project. Along with her entrepreneurial family, Walley also owns and operates another Capriotti's location in Canfield. Her brother, Preston Walley, a local contractor, has played a significant role in setting up the outlets, while their mother, Sue Walley, manages the bookkeeping.

The Walley family, rooted in Trumbull County, embodies the community values and aims to serve exceptional sandwiches. "Bringing Capriotti's to Niles and the residents of Trumbull County has always been a dream of mine," said Amber Walley.

Capriotti's is known for its wide selection of sandwiches, including The Bobbie, Capastrami, and Cheesesteaks. The new shop will also create several job opportunities in the Niles market.

Founded in 1976, Capriotti's Sandwich Shop is a national franchised restaurant chain with over 175 locations across the United States. The restaurant plans to expand to over 750 locations by 2032.
