Partnership Enhances Hospitality Training and Certification Capabilities
The textbook shows readers how food service professionals create and deliver guest-driven service, enhance value, build guest loyalty, and promote repeat business. Readers will learn how every aspect of a food service operation contributes to the guest experience and will explore unique features of a variety of food and beverage operations.
To support the work of this collaborative, NRAEF recently received an award of $1.8 million from the U.S. Department of Labors Employment & Training Administration, with an option to renew funding for a total of five years.
The scholarship fund was established by Burt Cabañas, founder & chairman of Benchmark Hospitality International, in 2009 to celebrate the memory and culinary legacy of Bob Zappatelli, the companys beloved first vice president of food & beverage. Applications for the scholarship will remain open through May 15, 2016.
