Iron Chef Humber Video
Humber recently hosted a cooking competition that pitted nine teams of four students against each other for the title of Iron Chef.

The students had to prepare and present three courses to a panel of industry experts that included Tim Palmer of Fairmont Royal York, George Taluri of Noce restaurant, David Chrystian of Victor restaurant, John Curtis of Club Link, and Tony Fernandes of Crown Plaza Hotel. They were marked on taste, presentation, originality, and use of ingredients.
