Riko's Pizza Opens First North Carolina Location in Carolina Beach

Riko's Pizza has launched its first restaurant in North Carolina, located at 1000 N Lake Park Blvd in the Proximity Complex, Carolina Beach. This opening brings the total number of Riko's Pizza locations to ten across the United States, with existing outlets in Connecticut, Florida, and New York.

The Carolina Beach restaurant spans 5,000 square feet and features a 35-foot-long indoor/outdoor bar with 30 stools and 12 beers on tap. The establishment can accommodate up to 150 guests and includes an outdoor dining patio. The restaurant is equipped with 26 large, high-definition televisions for viewing sports and entertainment.

The menu at this location features Riko's bar pies, oven-roasted wings, made-to-order salads, sliders, and a variety of desserts. The restaurant also features a designated area for carry-out orders, facilitating takeout and delivery services.

John Greco, a new franchisee with 35 years of business experience, will own and operate the Carolina Beach location. The restaurant aims to serve both residents and visitors, being situated close to the beach and various business and leisure areas.

The grand opening was marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony on October 6, attended by local officials and business leaders. This expansion into North Carolina is part of Riko's strategy to grow its presence along the East Coast, with plans for additional locations in the future.
