Choice Hotels International's 53rd Annual Convention is used to communicate the corporation's top business initiatives, and to thank franchisees for their business. Attendance at the convention is mandatory for all franchisees with a majority of the attendees bringing their spouses. Our franchisees represent a diverse group -- sixty percent of the attendees are men, forty percent are women, and most attendees are in their late forties or early fifties. In addition to the licensees, Choice Hotels International 2007 annual convention will include 350 â€' 400 industry vendors who participate as exhibitors and sponsors. Total attendance including licensees, Choice Hotels International associates, guests and vendors is approximately 5,500-6,000.
