    Jazzman's Cafe, the nation's hottest new coffee bar concept, has been named the winner of the prestigious Hot Concepts! Award. The award, now in its tenth year and sponsored by Nation's Restaurant News and Tyson's Food Inc., identifies innovative restaurant concepts demonstrating both emerging growth and the ability to fire up appetites across the country. Jazzman's Cafe, which is available exclusively through Sodexho USA, is the first-ever proprietary brand from a contract management company to be recognized as a "Hot Concept!"

    Sodexho USA celebrated the honor by finalizing plans for the 100th Jazzman's location, which will open this month at Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage, Calif. The company expects to open as many as 10 more sites this spring at Sodexho USA healthcare, campus and corporate locations across the nation. Jazzman's has enjoyed rapid growth in the past year, and fully expects to realize double-digit increases again in 2004.

    Jazzman's, one of nine signature retail brands offered by the Retail Brand Group exclusively to Sodexho USA's clients, blends a selection of Seattle's Best Coffee(R), espresso drinks, teas, soups and salads, specialty sandwiches and a unique offering of fresh bakery items, into one of the nation's fastest growing concepts.
