Firecrust Neapolitan Pizzeria announces the opening of its first restaurant in Dallas, Texas and the beginning of construction on its second location in Plano.
Firecrust is a premium fast-casual Neapolitan pizza concept with its head office based in Dallas, Texas. "We are excited to get open," commented Scott Bender, the founder of Firecrust. 'We are Dallas's first Neapolitan Pizzeria serving premium pizza in a quick service format.
Firecrust pizza honors the tradition of Neapolitan pizza as it was created in Naples, Italy. A customer can create their own pizza by choosing from Firecrust's premium products and toppings along its granite pizza line.
Firecrust uses only the freshest Mozzarella and a tomato sauce recipe using San Marzano tomatoes that are grown in the Campania region of Italy. The pizza dough is made using only Caputo type "00 flour, which produces a soft flavorful crust. The pizza is then cooked in a wood-burning oven at 900 degrees for about 90 seconds. From the time of ordering the fresh hot pizzas arrive in less than 5 minutes to a customer's table.
Other options on the menu include, 4 salads and 2 dessert pizzas.
The Vera Pizza Napoletana certified manager Tony Alba utilizes high standards and the freshest food ingredients while preparing the pizzas, but at a lower price point. "If you haven't tried Neapolitan pizza yet, you are missing out and if you eat it anywhere other than Firecrust you are paying too much!" says Bender.
The new Firecrust is approximately (3000) square feet and seats approximately 100 guests. The Hours of operation are from 11:00 a.m. to 10 pm, Sunday through Thursday, and 11:00 a.m. to 11: 00 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The restaurant is located at 4447 N. Central Expressway in Dallas.
