    Charlottesville, VA-based STICKS KEBOB SHOP (founded 2001) has increased by 1 unit, from 3 to 4 (33% growth).  This is a fast casual Mediterranean concept, with a $4-$12+ per person price range.  Meal periods are lunch and dinner.  Beer is served and seating is for around 50.  Catering service is available.  All locations are in VA.

    St Louis, MO-based IMO'S PIZZA (founded 1964) has increased by 3 units, from 90 to 93 (3% growth).  These quick serve pizzerias are open for lunch and dinner, with a $4-$12+ per person price range.  Beer is served and limited seating is available.  Catering, delivery and online ordering options are offered.  Stores are franchised and trade in IL, KS, and MO.

    OCEANAIRE SEAFOOD ROOM based in Houston, TX has increased by 1 unit, from 12 to 13 (8% growth) and expanded into NJ.  These are upscale seafood restaurants with full bar and seating for around 300.  Meal periods are lunch and dinner.  Per person check average is around $15-50+.  Banquet services are available.  Locations are in CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IN, MA, MD, MN, NJ and TX.

    Houston, TX-based PERRY'S RESTAURANT GROUP (founded 1979) has increased by 3 units for the Perry's Steakhouse concept, from 8 to 11 (38% concept growth) and entered into CO and IL.  The company also operates a 2nd concept called Perry & Sons Market & Grille (2).  Overall company increase was from 10 to 13 (30% growth).  These are upscale steakhouse concepts, open for lunch and dinner hours.  Per person check average is $15-$50+, with full bar service and seating for around 200.  Catering and banquet facilities are available.  Trading areas are CO, IL, and TX.

    St Paul, MN-based CARBONE'S PIZZA has increased by 4 units, from 34 to 38 (12% growth).  The restaurants are quick serve, open for lunch and dinner.   Per person price range is $4-$12+, serving beer.  Seating is for around 50.  Online ordering, delivery and private party services are all available.  Units are franchised and trade in MN, MT, and WI.  We last featured this concept on 7/31/13 (3% growth).

    New York, NY-based CHOP'T CREATIVE SALAD COMPANY(founded 2001) has increased by 4 units, from 23 to 27 (17% growth).  The concept is fast casual, open for lunch and dinner, with a $4-$12+ per person price range.  Stores have limited seating and offer catering, delivery and online ordering options.  Trading areas are DC, MD, NY, and VA.  We wrote about this concept on 4/23/13 (40% growth) and again on 11/26/13 (10% growth).

    Lubbock, TX-based BAHAMA BUCK'S (founded 1990) has increased by 9 units, from 27 to 36 (33% growth) and entered into NV.  This is a quick serve ice cream/smoothie concept, open for lunch and dinner.  Per person price range is $4-$12+, with seating for about 20.  Drive-thru service is available.  All locations are franchised and trade in AZ, NM, NV, and TX.  We last wrote about this company on  5/14/13 (17% growth).

    NEWK'S EATERY based in Jackson, MS (founded 2004) has increased by 1 unit, from 65 to 66 (2% growth).  These are fast casual restaurants with seating for around 150.  Beer and wine are served.  Meal periods are lunch and dinner.  Per person check average is around $10-30+.  Catering and franching are offered.  Locations are in AL, AR, FL, GA, LA, MD, MO, MS, NC, SC, TN and TX.  We last featured this concept on 2/11/14 (23% growth).

    SUB ZERO ICE CREAM headquartered in American Fork, UT has increased by 11 units, from 25 to 36 (44% growth).  These are quick serve ice cream shops with seating for around 30. Per person check average is around $4-$12+.  Service times are during lunch and dinner hours.  Locations are in AZ, CA, FL, ID, MN, UT and WA.  We wrote about this concept on 10/22/13 (32% growth).
