  • E&I Holdings, Inc., the owner of The Egg & I Restaurants, one of the fastest growing breakfast and lunch concepts in the United States, announced several promotions to key roles within the organization.

    E&I Holdings, Inc., the owner of The Egg & I Restaurants, one of the fastest growing breakfast and lunch concepts in the United States, announced several promotions to key roles within the organization.

    Jan Barnett, former Director of Marketing, has been promoted to Vice President of Marketing. Jan joined The Egg & I Restaurants in 2010, and she has been instrumental in helping the brand achieve double-digit unit growth annually for the past several years. Jan has over 30 years of marketing experience with global brands including McDonald’s and Taco Bell. As Vice President of Marketing for The Egg & I Restaurants, Jan will oversee strategic brand development, marketing, advertising and media relations.

    Robert Glen, former Director of Operations for Denver, Colorado and Knoxville and Nashville, Tennessee, and Brandon Heinsohn, former Director of Operations for San Antonio and Austin, Texas have been promoted to the newly created positions of Regional Vice President.

    Robert joined the Company in 2007 after an extensive career with several national casual dining restaurants concepts. He will be responsible for all aspects of operations for The Egg and I Restaurants owned by E&I Holdings.

    Brandon joined the Company in 2011, also after an extensive career with several national casual dining restaurants concepts. Brandon will be responsible for all aspects of operations for The Egg and I Restaurants managed by E&I Holdings on behalf of its largest Texas-based franchisee, Mac Haik Enterprises.

    “Each of these individuals have been instrumental in our Company’s success,” said Chief Executive Officer Bill Baumhauer. “We are very fortunate to have such strong and talented leadership.”

    There are over 90 The Egg & I Restaurants operating in 19 states. The Egg & I Restaurants are casual, full-service, breakfast and lunch restaurants open Monday-Friday from 6:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. (2:30 p.m. on weekends) serving a variety of breakfast and lunch creations prepared fresh to order.
