American Restaurant Holdings, Inc. (OTC: ARHI) announced that Kurt Schaeffer has joined its management team as Vice President of Operations. Kurt has over 20 years of restaurant industry experience as an Executive Chef, Operations Chef, and Corporate Trainer for both the front and back of the house. He has had multi-unit responsibility including all aspects of cost controls, labor controls, and new menu development. Mr. Schaeffer has worked in various roles both on the line and in a corporate capacity at McCormick & Schmick’s and the Alcatraz Brewing Company where he oversaw the operations of four locations in three states.
“We are pleased to have someone of Kurt’s expertise and background join our Company. It is our belief that he will be an integral part of our business going forward as we continue to acquire stand-alone and multi-unit independent restaurant locations,” stated Tim M.
