LAC's first bicoastal roll out - gourmet donut ice cream sammies
Adam Fleischman has raised the bar yet again by creating L.A. Creamery's new line of delicious and exciting donut ice cream sandwiches. The Sammies combine freshly made gourmet donuts with Fleischman's hand crafted artisan ice cream.
Roll out flavors include a chocolate peanut butter donut with chocolate ganache ice cream, a cinnamon and chocolate donut with cinnamon toast crunch ice cream, and a jelly donut with PB&J ice cream. These 3 new dessert items are exclusively available at all Umami Burger locations in Southern California and the new Umami Burger in New York City at 432 6th Avenue. Future plans include the roll out of an Apple Fritter with L.A. Creamery’s Madagascar Vanilla ice cream, a peanut butter and banana donut with banana ice cream called The Elvis, as well as seasonal offerings.
Umami Burger Founder/CEO Adam Fleischman acquired an ownership stake in L.A. Creamery bringing his creative culinary talents to frozen treats as well as his innovative vision of the food industry. Adam partnered with L.A. Creamery to bring the best ice cream in Los Angeles to the world. "L.A. The company, based in Chatsworth, CA, currently manufactures 12 flavors of all natural ice creams which contain no high fructose corn syrup, no rBGH/rBST or added hormones and absolutely no artificial colors. L.A. Creamery is currently sold in 60 supermarkets including all Gelson’s and Bristol Farms locations, luxury hotels and resorts including Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA: Casa Del Mar Resort in Santa Monica, Viceroy Hotel in Santa Monica and Hotel Del Coronado. L.A. Creamery's Gourmet Ice Cream Sandwiches are sold at all Southern California Umami Burger locations.
