Co-owners, Brien and Santo Spina, have secured a 4-acre property at the corner of Imperial and Bonita Beach Road, which he intends to transform into a one-of-a-kind entertainment and culinary complex.

The new 27,000 square foot facility will add approximately 200 hospitality jobs to the area. The center will boast a variety of show-stopping amenities, including two signature restaurants and a 650-seat dinner-theater.  The facility will serve as a national manufacturers' culinary test kitchen. Chefs from the around the world will be invited to test state of the art equipment and learn the latest in cooking technology.

The facility also plans to house the world's first Podcast Cafe and Lounge where guests may enjoy an array of homemade desserts and delightful coffee drinks while producing their very own podcast free of charge, at the free, public broadcast studio.

The Performing Arts Center, which is slated to commence construction next month, will be the new home of Off The Hook Comedy Club, which is known for showcasing a mix of internationally known comedians, and brilliant up-and-comers to enthusiastic Southwest Florida audiences.  It also plans to attract new revenues - and tourism - by providing a variety of visual and performing arts based performances. The innovative venue will be available for rental, to host banquets, weddings, corporate and group events.

Brien Spina envisions that the move will provide a wide range of growth opportunities, and set the foundation for the future of culinary test kitchens.

"People enjoy five star entertainment and five star cuisine," said Mr. Spina, "Our goal is to provide both in a world class Performing Arts Center for the surrounding communities to enjoy."
