Paul Martin’s® American Grill Announces Sixth Location To Open In Mountain View In 2013

Paul Martin’s^® American Grill announced plans today to open in Mountain View at The Village at San Antonio Center by the end of 2013.  This is the sixth announced location for Paul Martin’s American Grill. Paul Martin’s fifth location at the Hillsdale Shopping Center in San Mateo is also scheduled to open in 2013.

“We are so pleased to be opening a brand new, 6,285 sq. ft. location in Silicon Valley. Mountain View is a wonderful community and we know that our fresh, seasonal menu of contemporary American classic dishes and cocktails hand-crafted in our “scratch” kitchen will be welcomed there,” said Anthony Smith, President of Paul Martin’s American Grill.

Conceived by Brian Bennett and legendary restaurateur Paul Fleming as the restaurant they always wanted in their neighborhood, Paul Martin’s serves American Classics with a fresh twist using locally-sourced and peak-of-the-season ingredients. The menu rotates seasonally with local and organic produce, seafood from sustainable fisheries, free-range and natural meats and poultry.
