Seasons 52 Announces Plans to Open New Restaurant in Edison, NJ
Seasons 52 announced its plans to open a new location in Edison, N.J. in the spring of 2013. The Edison restaurant will be located at Menlo Park Mall on the corner of Parsonage Road and Lafayette Road. This new restaurant will create approximately 100 new jobs in the area.

Seasons 52 is known for its seasonally inspired menu and fresh approach to dining – notable menu selections include: Steak and Cremini Mushroom Flatbread, Cedar Plank Salmon, Caramelized Sea Scallops and Maui Tuna Crunch Salad. Menus change four times a year with weekly specials that truly capture the flavors of each season. Nothing on the menu is more than 475 calories, from its signature flatbreads and appetizers, to all entrees and its popular Mini Indulgence desserts.

In addition, Seasons 52's Master Sommelier George Miliotes has developed a diverse international wine list featuring over 100 wines with more than 52 selections offered by the glass, highlighted by several organic wines as well as Miliotes' ever-changing selection of "Drink Them Before They're Famous" recommendations."We are thrilled to bring an exciting new restaurant to New Jersey's most iconic retail, dining and entertainment destination," said William Crawford, Senior Vice President of Peripheral Development, Simon Property Group. Seasons 52 in Edison will feature a warm, welcoming ambiance with rich mahogany accents, a custom-built wine cellar, a casually sophisticated dining room and piano bar featuring live music nightly. Additionally, the restaurant will offer five private dining rooms and exclusive chef's table. Complimentary valet parking will also be available to all Seasons 52 guests.
Seasons 52 currently operates 22 locations in 13 states across the country and will open additional restaurants in Oak Brook (Oakbrook Center), Ill., in spring 2012; Santa Monica (Ocean and Broadway), and Los Angeles (Century City), Calif., in autumn 2012; and Houston (Westheimer) Texas in spring 2013.
