LAS VEGAS, May 7 Harrah's Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE:HET) has won a 2003 "Employer of Choice" Award from the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF) and Coca-Cola North America.
The award recognizes American restaurant and food service operators for their commitments to employee satisfaction and the strength, quality and success of their human resources and training programs. Harrah's was honored in the category of Specialty Food Service.

Harrah's is one of the nation's largest restaurant operators, with more than 14,000 food and beverage employees and $612.7 million in food and beverage revenues in 2002. The company operates approximately 230 restaurants and lounges at its 26 gaming properties.
