Chef Brendon Vallejo of Samudra Kombi Cafe in Western Australia Earns the IFWTWA Culinary Excellence Award

ternational Food, Wine & Travel Writers Association's (IFWTWA) Excellence Awards program recognizes the world's finest industry professionals in several categories as experienced by the organization's journalist members. Chef Brendon Vallejo of Samudra Kombi Cafe in Dunsborough, Western Australia earned IFWTWA's Culinary Excellence Award for his exemplary work as restaurateur, culinary educator and chef who creates and promotes organic, health-conscious cuisine using natural, locally sourced, highly nutritious ingredients.
