Healthy Fast Food, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: HFFI), parent to U-SWIRL International, Inc., the owner and franchisor of U-SWIRL Frozen Yogurt® cafes, today announced that its franchisee Regents Management, LLC will host the official Grand Opening of its first of several planned U-SWIRL self-serve frozen yogurt cafes in the Boise metropolitan area on Saturday, November 27, 2010.  The Grand Opening will feature live radio remotes by KRVB-FM (94.9 FM The River) and KIZN-FM (92.3 FM Kissin' 92), free giveaways and special discounts on U-SWIRL frozen yogurt.

Located at 3319 N. Eagle Road in Meridian, Idaho, the new 2400 square cafe features 20 rotating non-fat frozen yogurt flavors, including tart, traditional, gluten-free and no sugar options; and up to 60 toppings, including seasonal fresh fruit, sauces, candy and granola.  The spacious cafe is located in a popular retail shopping district right next door to Qdoba Mexican Grill on the northwest corner of Eagle and Ustick Roads; and provides Meridian's health-conscious residents with a fun, social, self-serve experience where they can create their own unique frozen yogurt 'masterpiece' and then simply pay by the ounce.  Moreover, with hip decor and room to comfortably seat approximately 100 guests inside and up to 25 on the outside patio, the new Meridian U-SWIRL is an ideal location for hosting large gatherings of friends and family members when celebrating a special occasion or when they just want to hang out, relax and have fun.

"Although the Grand Opening will not occur until Saturday, the cafe is now open for business," stated Ben Poulsen, General Manager of Regents' U-SWIRL operations.  "We'd like to invite all area frozen yogurt lovers to come on over and indulge their creativity, taste preferences and freedom of choice."

Now with ten company-owned and franchise stores in operation in Las Vegas, Reno and Boise, and 33 new franchise locations set to open in Monmouth County, New Jersey; Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona; and Marietta, Georgia over the next three to five years, the award-winning U-SWIRL self-serve frozen yogurt concept is capitalizing on the growing national demand for healthier fast food alternatives by focusing on lower-fat foods offering better nutritional content and wholesome, natural food ingredients.
