Former Chain Leader Editor-in-chief Mary Chapman Joins Technomic

Chicago-based food industry consultant Technomic is pleased to announce that Mary Chapman has joined the firm as Director, Product Innovation. Originally working for Restaurants & Institutions magazine, Chapman subsequently spent 13 years at Chain Leader magazine, most recently as the Editor-in-Chief. At Technomic, she will develop new, specialized market intelligence reports and industry conferences.
