85 North American Relais & Chateaux Chefs Share Signature Recipes in First-Time Cookbook Collaboration
Relais & Chateaux has debuted two cookbooks, 85 Inspirational Chefs and Chefs at Home. This is the first time that all of the Relais & Chateaux chefs in North America have collaborated on such a project.

Featuring such celebrated chefs as Patrick O'Connell, Thomas Keller, Daniel Boulud and Jean-Georges Vongerichten, 85 Inspirational Chefs is a beautifully illustrated compilation of 184 signature recipes and menus created by the North American chefs of Relais & Chateaux. Chefs at Home includes simpler recipes that the chefs enjoy preparing at home.
The lavish books drip with culinary grandeur, providing the reader with an insider's taste of some of the most memorable dining destinations on the continent, through masterfully photographed recipes and chef profiles. The collection includes insights from the acclaimed Relais & Chateaux chefs, who boast an enviable collection of Michelin stars, and have received impressive Zagat ratings and industry accolades.
