American Blue Ribbon Holdings Finalizes Acquisition of Max & Erma's Restaurant Chain

Max & Erma's is a leading regional casual dining brand that currently operates 52 company-owned and 26 franchised restaurants. The restaurants are located mainly in the Midwest and Eastern United States.

Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, American Blue Ribbon Holdings, LLC operates two restaurant concepts under proven and well-recognized brands, Bakers Square and Village Inn – as well as a commercial baking subsidiary, Legendary Baking.
