Diversified Restaurant Holdings Opens Its 18th Buffalo Wild Wings® Location in Chesterfield, MI

Michael Ansley, President and CEO of DRH, commented, “Chesterfield is a growing and economically strong greater Detroit community along the shores of Lake St. Clair. It fits our proven profile for a successful Buffalo Wild Wings operation and we are very encouraged by the traffic we had on opening day. We continue to drive our expansion plans and are now focused on our two upcoming Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant openings as well as our planned fourth Bagger Dave’s restaurant, which remains on schedule for an opening in the fourth quarter of this year.”

In addition to the Chesterfield location, the Company plans to open its 19^th BWW restaurant, in Fort Myers, Florida, later this year and its 20^th location, in Traverse City, Michigan, early in 2011. DRH has an Area Development Agreement with Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. which allows for a total of 38 BWW locations in Michigan and Florida by 2017.

DRH currently operates three Company-owned restaurants in Michigan: Berkley, Ann Arbor, and Novi. A fourth location is scheduled to open, in Brighton, Michigan, later this year.

There’s also an electric train that runs above the dining room and bar areas. All current and future locations will be smoke-free. Currently, there are three locations in the State of Michigan, with the fourth scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2010. DRH has filed for rights, and has been approved, to franchise Bagger Dave’s in the States of Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Illinois.
