Curacao Marriott Beach Resort & Emerald Casino Opens New Kosher Kitchen

The Curaçao Marriott Beach Resort & Emerald Casino is excited to announce the newly built kosher kitchen. The kitchen will officially begin service on August 1, 2010, and the resort will be able to host kosher events and groups.
During the last three months the hotel’s staff worked hand-in-hand with Rabbi Ariel Yeshurun from the Orthodox community ‘Shaarei Tsedek’ Ashkenazic, which is based in Curacao at the Herman and Miriam Tauber Jewish Center. The partnership has created a facility that can provide the Jewish community with Glatt kosher food. The kitchen staff has been trained by the rabbi and is excited to receive groups and host events.
