Cantina Laredo Opens in The Streets at Southglenn in Centennial, Colorado
Consolidated Restaurant Operations, Inc., which operates and franchises 117 full-service restaurants encompassing seven different brands, has recently opened Cantina Laredo in The Streets at Southglenn, South Denver's newest upscale destination, located in the heart of Centennial, CO.
Cantina Laredo serves gourmet Mexican cuisine in a sophisticated atmosphere.
The Centennial location marks the fourth new Cantina Laredo to open during the past year. The original Cantina Laredo restaurant opened in Addison TX. The brand has since expanded to 32 locations in the past five years. Today, Cantina Laredo has premier locations in 12 states.
Cantina Laredo serves a variety of authentic Mexican dishes including daily fish specials, grilled chicken and steaks complemented by signature sauces such as chipotle-wine with portobello mushrooms or sauteed artichoke hearts and roasted red bell peppers. The Casa Rita is the signature margarita, made with the highest quality tequila and fresh squeezed lime juice. Other offerings include a Sunday brunch with complimentary Bloody Marys and Mimosas, preparation of fresh guacamole at the guest's table, and catering services for events such as holiday parties and business meetings. Entrees are priced between $14 and $26. Hours are Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
