We are proud to announce our second annual Pineapple Recipe Contest. The contest is open to everyone twenty-one and over, and must feature pineapple as a main ingredient. Recipes will be judged on taste, presentation and originality. One entry per contestant will be accepted.
The winner will receive a bottle of Dom Perignon, plus recognition on Winters' website and in their newsletter, "Hospitality Speaking".

Entries will be accepted now through June 30, 2010. Winner will be announced by July 31, 2010.
