Ruby Tuesday Opens New Restaurant in Oklahoma

Owasso Becomes Third Tulsa-Area Location

“We’re thrilled to be in the great town of Owasso. What a warm welcome we have received,” says Mike Treadwell, owner of Ruby Tuesday of Oklahoma, LLC. “We consider it a privilege to be a part of this community and employ more than 75 people here.”

The Owasso Ruby Tuesday is open for lunch and dinner daily, opening at 11 a.m. except on Sundays, when the restaurant opens for brunch at 9 a.m. Ruby Tuesday’s menu offers a variety of sandwiches, quesadillas, entrée salads, pasta, and lobster entrées, as well as classic favorites like Ruby Minis, handcrafted burgers and fork-tender ribs. “Ruby Tuesday uses fresh ingredients in a variety of dishes, like the fresh, never-frozen burgers and all-natural fresh chicken, all offered at a great value,” says Malissa Hauswirth, director of Ruby Tuesday of Oklahoma, LLC. “And who can resist the Fresh Garden Bar? For Sunday brunch, the Owasso Ruby Tuesday offers a four-course meal from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. that begins with made-from-scratch biscuits, served warm, followed by the guest’s choice of a fresh yogurt parfait with blackberry topping and crunchy granola or the signature Fresh Garden Bar. Entrée selections include Ruby’s Mini Benedicts with steak, salmon, Southern fried chicken or crab cakes, breakfast quesadillas, steak and eggs, specialty omelets, and fruit-filled crepes. Two freshly-baked gourmet mini chocolate chip cookies complete the meal.

Treadwell says the bar at the Owasso Ruby Tuesday is the place to be with an ‘all day, every day, $5 premium cocktail’ program. There are many cocktails from which to choose, from Margaritas and other specialty drinks to signature sangrias, all for only $5. Ruby Tuesday serves only premium, brand-name spirits in its well that include Bacardi, Cutty Sark, Sauza, Jim Beam and Beefeater.

The Owasso Ruby Tuesday is complete with party rooms that can be used for any occasion, from wedding receptions and rehearsal dinners to business luncheons and professional meetings. Ruby Tuesday also has a complete catering menu offering boxed meals or banquet-sized options. “We can even bring the Fresh Garden Bar to your office meeting or private party,” says Hauswirth.

The new restaurant is located at 11909 East 96^th Street North in Owasso.
