Calbi Foods, LLC Appoints Brand President

A 20 year industry veteran, Ms. Craig brings extensive business development, sales, marketing, customer relations, food manufacturing and quality assurance experience to the Calbi brand. Additionally, Ms. Craig is founder of the So Cal Mobile Food Vendors Association, a regulatory group seeking a united voice for the over 50 independent mobile food trucks scouring Los Angeles for both business and recognition.

As the only franchisor within the mobile food industry, Calbi Foods, LLC is a leader in the market and looking to extend outside its Los Angeles based roots.

Founded in late 2008, Calbi Fusion Tacos and Burritos blend the traditional tastes of a Mexican taco truck and the flavors of authentic Korean BBQ. Specialties include Beef Shortrib Tacos and Burritos as well as Kimchee and Cheese Quesadillas. The company continues to gain exposure in the Los Angeles market through the use of social media and its mobile restaurants and is looking to expand throughout the U.S.
