Famous Dave's Enters into Area Development Agreement for Four New Locations in California and Nevada
Famous Dave's of America, Inc. (NASDAQ: DAVE) President and CEO Christopher O'Donnell announced that Savory Investments, LLC has purchased the right to franchise four Famous Dave's Legendary Pit Bar-B-Que(R) restaurants in California and Nevada. The California markets covered by the agreement include Redding and Chico, and the Nevada markets include Reno and Sparks. This marks the thirteenth and fourteenth locations in California, as well as the fifth and sixth locations in Nevada.
Savory Investments, LLC was founded by brothers Rory and Sean O'Neal. As operators of the new locations, the O'Neals bring over 20 years of foodservice and hospitality industry experience to Famous Dave's Legendary Pit Bar-B-Que(R) restaurants with companies such as Sysco Foodservice, California Cafe, Crocodile Cafe and Paragon Steakhouse.
