The company also operates the 7 unit Commensal concept. Overall company increase is from 32 to 33 (3% growth). Pacini Restaurants are upscale, serving Italian cuisine. Meal periods are lunch and dinner, with a $15-$30+ per person check average. Locations have a full bar.
