Hooters Opens New Location in Brookfield, WI

"We have been interested in building a store in Brookfield for over 6 years, so I am very excited for the grand opening," stated Doug Long, Regional Manager for Hooters of Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. The Brookfield Hooters offers a selection of 19 beers on tap, booth seating, outdoor patio, 35 big screen plasma TVs as well as a 2 pool tables. The location will be one of the first restaurants in Brookfield to open smoke-free.
